Current and historical promotions
This is a thread for reporting details of promotions in the Finnair+ program.
The purpose of the wiki is to keep a repository of current and historical promotions. This works best if all details are given in a post of the thread. Once such a post is made, edit the wiki and add a short description of promo in headline-style, with a link to the post that holds the detailed information. (You can create such a link by right-clicking the post-number and copy link location).
Do not link to the promo itself from the Wiki, as the promo page is likely to disappear once the promo ended and such link will die, leaving the wiki sans historical info.
Feel free to discuss alterations to the format in the thread below.

They are known to review accounts and correct the postings so if you want to keep your points it would be better think twice what to report here...@:-)

On the other hand on their FAQ there is this:
Will my Rocketmiles reservation count toward elite status with my hotel's loyalty program?
"Many of our frequent travelers have told us that they often DO receive the benefits they are eligible for based on their existing status, and that their stay counts toward their hotel loyalty account.
However, we are unable to guarantee this as each hotel loyalty program does not make the same guarantee to us. These situations are treated on a case-by-case basis, with the ultimate decision being made by the specific property's reservation management staff."
Basically no duplicate points, but will not cost you anything to swipe a hotel loyalty card during check-in and if you are lucky it may slip through.
