Current and historical promotions
This is a thread for reporting details of promotions in the Finnair+ program.
The purpose of the wiki is to keep a repository of current and historical promotions. This works best if all details are given in a post of the thread. Once such a post is made, edit the wiki and add a short description of promo in headline-style, with a link to the post that holds the detailed information. (You can create such a link by right-clicking the post-number and copy link location).
Do not link to the promo itself from the Wiki, as the promo page is likely to disappear once the promo ended and such link will die, leaving the wiki sans historical info.
Feel free to discuss alterations to the format in the thread below.
Do not delete historical posts.

Mine from an OTA as well. Registered between flights at HEL, the connecting flight had the extra 2000 points posted.

I got a whopping 11.500 from a R/T trip (turnaround) to OSL;
triple promo, black friday and apparently something else as well.
inbound paid J,
outbound value Y
NICE!

Something is really bad in loyalty department right now.
I was not awarded the triple points ex scandinavia, Instead I was given the extra 2k from the black friday campaign (which I wasn't entitled to).
--- Added ---
Maybe I am wrong. Depending on how to count, tripe points on a scandinavia shorthaul is the same as 2k extra. Got 3250 which either is 3x1k + 250 tier bonus or 1250 + 2k. So I guess I got the triple points.

I too got 2k points on an Opodo-booked flight flown on black Saturday...
But would it really have anything to do with OTAs? The Amadeus PNR was visible on Finnair all the time; so I can't think of a reason why Finnair would treat OTA bookings differently in this respect.

Finnair promos have been very bland for My taste but this along with the cooking contest ticket package promo they had (NO I did not win ) was also cool. I have NO idea what the point of the HUGE running/suunto promo was but that is the only MAJOR point give away in ages by AY and had NOTHING TO do with flying

I agree. This promo certainly isn't for everyone but it will will have its appeal in certain groups. If done right, I can see such a promo getting some attention in say Japan.
Maybe it is the disappointment by soft packages on our childhood's birthdays and Christmases that makes us think this is a bad promo...
But soon the knitting generation is gone. Today we've lost the skills and patience for these handicrafts. I guess next generation won't be able to cook for themselves..
