Rock Cornish Hens (cook 2, keep one for dinner tomorrow, share the other one with SO) and a huge salad with pear, raisins, nuts, cheese, raw veg...

Followed by a nice cup of tea and a couple of cookies.

nothing since it is late but also since I cannot keep solid food down well, white bread will stay down, but let's just be honest -- white bread is vile (and a little bit racist )

Cold evening here... warm pot of chili simmering on the stove. Banana bread came out of the oven a little while ago, too.

Had pizza for dinner. Just cheese pizza, with crushed red pepper and extra garlic.

Baked pork chops with too many herbs/spices dumped on top (hate when I get carried away), applesauce (of course) and pasta roni.

Marinated Chicken Breast (marinated in OJ, tomato sauce, cilantro, garlic, and chili powder), fresh broccoli, brown rice, and cucumber slices.

Washed it down with some carrot, orange, red pepper, and celery juice that I made.

Pot roast! I was a little disappointed with my gravy, but I had a couple beef boullion cubes to give it a little more flavor!
