Roasted salmon with ginger-teriyaki sauce and sauteed ginger/garlic green beans.
And too much wine.

Had some Shoulder Blade Pork Chops in the freezer from 2 weeks ago. Took them out around 2 pm, thawed by 6 pm. Used the Air Fryer to cook them as an experiment with just simple kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. It took longer than broiling them (my usual method) and they came out more well done than I usually like it, but the flavor was great. My side was Knorr's Mushroom rice. Overall, a good dinner, but will return to broiling them in the future.

I made rabbit pie. It was surprisingly good. Rabbit has all but gone out of existence and it shouldn't. It's a great meat. (that it's an invasive pest probably has more to do with the lack of rabbit farming).
