From the Monterey Bay Aquarium:
All cuttlefishes have a chalky white internal shell known as a cuttlebone, which is filled with gas and used for buoyancy control. They also have a fin along the full length of their body.

From the Monterey Bay Aquarium:
I found a tentacled critter on the beach once, lodged in a shell. The shell was very brittle and thin. I wonder what it was.
A: looked it up. Nautilus.

I cooked some chicken tenders on Sunday (dredged in flour, egg and then panko) and broiled them in my toaster oven. I've relied on it much more than my gas over since I purchased it last year during one of Sur La Table's many Breville sales.
Enjoyed the tenders with a side salad (spinach) and some penne pasta I also cooked.

The T-bone steaks last night were sub-par. They were dried out (but not over cooked) and tasteless. Best sweet corn of the year so far. And my grandkids helped me make the cole slaw so it was fabulous.

I used what I had in the fridge. I mixed mayo with ghee (my butter wasn't soft enough) and a few shakes of tajin and spread that all over the corn after it was grilled and sprinkled with parmigiano reggiano and maldon salt. Sometimes I use just mayo and parm.
