leftovers from Tuesday luncheon
beef & bean curd (tofu) - Ive enjoyed this dish for decades even before I learned that tofu is a protein and not a vegetable lol

sushi mambo is literally across the street from Indian Springs! Not even figuratively but literally across the street.
we were in St Helena / Calistoga for the day. Its only 90-120 minutes each way from SF. I also wanted to get English muffins from model bakery. I love the towns near San Francisco - they have fun things and then I can return home.
