Butter lettuce salad
Roasted baby cauliflower with panko
Grilled halibut with grilled peach salsa
Sauvignon Blanc

It looks like broccoli but it is cauliflower--the flower part started off white.

I've been doing a keto diet during the week, so this was a cheat meal. Delicious fried chicken at 'Gus' World Famous Fried Chicken' in Overland Park, KS.

I ordered collard greens and fried okra for my sides. Back to salads tomorrow

Sorry - Mrs. isn't much into ceviche so we went with the papa rellena.

Have fun in Peru and we look forward to all of the dining posts!

Peru is amazing. The food scene is incredible.

We were there in November and dined at what are now the number one and number six restaurants on the San Pellegrino list of The World's 50 Best Restaurants (they were #2 and #11 at the time).

We worked an Ice Cream Social last night from 5 to 8 so I never got dinner. Mrs BV however had at least 3 scoops with all the toppings.
