I'm in Texas for a week. I've started eating one meal/day, with it being lunch, because I eat it and am stuffed for the rest of the day. Yesterday, I enjoyed various Mexican foods. Today, BBQ. |

Lucky you. The lobster fondant was incredibly light and as you can see , carefully and intricately prepared , finished & plated. Have added a couple more photos Since travel for us is still not happening , it is going global , a lot , through meals 😉 |

Hey, that piece of macaroni is trying to escape!
Is that some sort of corn bread side? It was what they called corn casserole. It was similar to cornbread but creamier. |

It was ribs and baby broccoli for breakfast today. Both from Imperfect Foods. First try of the air fry setting on the new to me toaster oven. Two thumbs up. The ribs were meh, no need to buy those again.
