I still can't find that Cowgirl cottage cheese!! I have been to every high end grocery store for miles around.

I found it!! Finally! I checked Bristol Farms --no luck. So I stopped at Gelson's on the way home and there it was.
I hope I hate it....it is expensive and lots of calories.

I christened my new pot with chicken tikka masala for breakfast today. Feeling conscientious I’d become too comfortable relying on my Instant Pot for almost everything, I’ve been hunting and buying new cookware. I now have a few covered pots, a few saucepans, and a few skillets, so I think I’m set.

What’s left of my Marimekko is from my first visit,1987 Helsinki.

I worried if you ever found it you’d hate it and I’d feel really bad and stupid. How much does Gelson’s charge? I think Imperfect Foods is $2.39. There haven’t been any Cowgirl products offered the last two weeks.

I highly doubt that I will hate it.
A small yogurt sized container (5.3 oz) is $3.59. I usually buy Knudson's in a 16oz container for $2.49.

I really like the Good brand cottage cheese, which I've found locally at Whole Foods.

Lunch today: Jamaican patty, curry chicken I think based on two bites. (They sell beef, curry chicken and jerk chicken, and we usually get an assortment.)

Forno Campo de Fiori is finally opened although the owner refutes that it was ever closed. Got me some pizza rosa (with tomato sauce) and some mortedella and basil from Coop supermarket in the same neighborhood - washed them down with chilled Fontana Candida's Frascati!

What a gorgeous meal! Describe the lobster fondant....how was that done?
I have had caneles in ages and I love them...I might have to do a little shopping around.

Orange Julius cookie from Crumbl. Today is my partner’s boss’s birthday. He asked me to make her some cookies I bake that she really likes. So, she sent home this - regifted! Really good.
