Couldn't take lunch today due to being short staffed and a truck delivery. I ordered a Jimmy John's sub, that I could only eat half before being full. I need to stick with the Little John's instead.

Hot black coffee (Peet’s Italian Roast)
Bays English muffin with margarine

Egg whites with spinach, asparagus, yellow and green peppers, onion, and cheddar cheese.

Dinner: supermarket sushi. Pretty blah.

We hiked this afternoon and got caught at a bar post-hike due to rain and the car being parked some distance from the bar. I had no choice but to keep ordering beers until I was sure the rain had stopped. That left me with no energy to go out or cook. Harris Teeter was on the ride home. I have a better plan for tomorrow.

When I was growing up, Sunday linner was after church. Sunday lupper was that evening.

Last night, I made brownies from a mix I only needed to add oil and water. And today, I didn’t feel like cooking, but when the hunger pangs suddenly hit tonight, I had to do quick toast, (habanero) cheese, and tomato.
