Is there a way to check if you have already used the $100 credit
 

so I am checking to see if I have already used up my $100 credit but I couldn't find the info under my account. I tried to get the statements for the past 11 months but I can only access statements from the past 5 months or so (haven't used the card).

It won't generate monthly statement if you don't use the card for that particular billing cycle. I opened my back in Feb 2021 and only used it until April 2021 and stop using it when I met my minimum spending. The statement stopped generate after April. So if you don't see any airline credits from those 5 months statement, then there is your answer.

Did you purchase on AA website? So far $100 Purchase 12/14, posted 12/15 and so far no credit.

I bought two $50 AA gcs. The first credit and the second didn't. Anyone have this happen before and contact them?

Purchased $50 AA GC on 12/26, posted on 12/27. Credit was applied on 12/27 and posted on 12/29.

I made another $50 AA GC purchase today, hoping it posts tomorrow and credits for 2021...sneak under the wire.

Not getting the airline credit on the card. What's the best way to contact support to get it credited manually? Tried email and gets no response.

You have to wait 28-30 days before you can call about the credit not posting. A case will be opened and passed to another group, and it may take another 2-3 weeks for the credits to post. At least that was my experience last January.

Interested as well to see any DPs from 2022.
