There's often some store gift cards on sale on the rewards portal, but they rotate and often aren't at places I normally shop. Other than that and the hotel option, 0.85 cents per point is about as good as you'll do.

And as usual, most of this information is already up to date in the Wiki.

Sorry gregorius, we are trying to beat the WIKI posted valuation. |
The rewards booking website is dumb. I am trying to book a flight to dubai (DXB) but it doesn't show it at all. Yet it shows very small airports there or connections to it! The system must be fixed because this is definitely a glitch

Does anyone know if any airline tickets under $100 will post? Looking into Delta/United/AA. If not, will gift cards from Delta or United TravelBank post? We all know AA works.
Thank you |

Does anyone know if Delta or Southwest e-gift card works? Does United TravelBank still work? Is there another forum on this subject? I saw one on Doctor of Credit:
Thank you all. |

Thank you all. I also updated the Wiki a bit. I removed the old DPs from the Amex card era, as those will likely be misleading. |
Interested in this card, how inquiry sensitive is PenFed? Within last 12/24 months if anyone has any insight.

It looks like I got a redemption of 1.23-1.27x by using it for a car rental. The quote I was given was 49,256 points; since i was a bit short of that, they accepted my 44,816 points + $37.74. I was therefore paying 1.25x for the point shortage, so I figured (perhaps rashly) that they were using a price 49,256 points at 1.25x = $615.70..
Budget, with the AARP discount, actually offered $606 for "pay now"; even at that rate, $606/49256 = 1.23x. In reality, I saved $606 - $37.74 by spending my 44,816 points, which is 1.27x. |
I have to admit, I never even considered trying to find upsize value in a rental. And there is not a lot of dialogue on rentals, generally speaking. I am going to see what I can do with rentals on my next booking. Thanks!

Has anyone tried to see if Allegiant purchase will trigger the credit?

This month there's a few gift cards on sale - of note, Apple, Applebee's, DSW, and Express all have gift cards able to be redeemed at a penny a point. Expires August 1, 2021.

I am considering dropping my CSR and moving to the Pathfinder and PenFed Cash Rewards card. Does PenFed frown on doing both apps in quick succession to minimize HP?
