I very much agree with you last paragraph. Outside of providing real bagels and coffee for the judges, I'd say they did nothing else. A right mess :(:td:. I saw the value of talking fast but rattling non stop without a breath and monotone kills the effectiveness of the message and the ability to determine what the message is as well as delivering it in calm and effective manner. That's 50% of the score.
