As far as moving, that is the biggest :rolleyes: experience of all. This last move was the first time I hired people to help me move the big stuff and that was well worth it. I am in the process of getting rid of stuff i don't need or want. Will donate a lot of it as I don't feel like Ebay, etc. would bring me much. Plus I feel the fact that others can use it to raise money for programs in town is my way of giving back to the community when I can't offer my time. |

Good luck with the house Mackieman. We just decided to lock our rate at 5.5% and a point :rolleyes:. The condo is new construction and they only have 7/16 sold so we cant qualify for FNMA financing which is about .5% lower with no points. I would normally hold out in hopes that they sell a few more but they increased the price by $100k on all units which makes me very :rolleyes: they will sell any more soon.
