No kidding. We had a little assembly line going of the realtor and mortgage broker handing me each page, I signed, handed it to my partner, he signed, and then our attorney reassembled it on the other side. 30 minutes and a million signatures and initials later and we shook hands and got the keys. Now, almost two years later, I'm still quite glad we did it. There are days when I miss being able to call a landlord to come fix something, and it gets done quickly and free of charge, but I love our space. We've often said that it's a shame we can't take our loft with us when we eventually move out of Atlanta.

I agree with all the above statements about buying a house. I have bought and sold two houses. The best thing I did for myself at the time but man was the process no fun. I also refinanced the first one. I was lucky to a degree as I was the only one on my side I cut the signature time down!! :)

As far as moving, that is the biggest  experience of all. This last move was the first time I hired people to help me move the big stuff and that was well worth it. I am in the process of getting rid of stuff i don't need or want. Will donate a lot of it as I don't feel like Ebay, etc. would bring me much. Plus I feel the fact that others can use it to raise money for programs in town is my way of giving back to the community when I can't offer my time.

I am disappointed that no one is trying to grab a connection on Wizz Air to Prague. It should be the preferred carrier of the 'box! :D

Funny you should mention them. Two of my friends are using them to fly LTN-POZ for our February Polish outing.

Yes you need to fix that, going down might be just what you need

Reading certain parts of that statement can be taken in such the wrong way ;)!

I had a couple friends take them when I was working in BUD. No complaints besides having to use the Cold War terminal in BUD.

There is always CryanAir from DUB, BHX or HHN.

I would be shocked if US hated me as much as I hate US. Someone in marketing probably dislikes me but ...

Yup. I posted the unabridged version over on the US forum to shake that tree.

Not sure if you'll get more than you have. All that seems to be left on the forum are a handful of apologist/cheerleaders, a whole bunch of disgruntled ex-US CPs, and a few people who have just started posting there.

Their version of SHARES is still the pits, if posts on usaviation.com are to be believed (which is a question in and of itself).

At least you made it there and back. Hope the soldier got home.

Good luck with the house Mackieman. We just decided to lock our rate at 5.5% and a point . The condo is new construction and they only have 7/16 sold so we cant qualify for FNMA financing which is about .5% lower with no points. I would normally hold out in hopes that they sell a few more but they increased the price by $100k on all units which makes me very  they will sell any more soon.

MBM3 Dec 22, 2009 11:22 am

Sleasyjet from BHX, LON or MXP

Sounds like a good mama's cat.

Vueling from BCN

Best of luck - I was so happy when my offer was accepted (I was the first bidder and first offer was accepted).
