I just picked up nice bottle of Côtes du Rhône and Rosé to pair with the Duck Confit my friend is making for dinner. Then I am off to two birthday parties.

Nice - I had duck confit as part of one of the dishes at the Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Versailles (positive part of that excursion).

Dropped my netbook at security today. Looks like it survived well in its neoprene sleeve.

Glad the netbook's OK. And Hyatt Dulles was my 2nd (well, 3rd and 4th) stay of the year.

I like various greens - I also like that they tend to have few calories.
