That reminds me, I got a picture, for CO 1E, of a rather large light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling in the room at the Sheraton in PRG.

Funny story, I think. In Italy we had rented a BWM 1 series since it was the cheapest automatic so my wife could take a turn driving it. Suffice to say I just made it inside with the seat all the way back, all the way down and in a recline only a few degrees short of 'banging. We pulled into a gas station on the highway and I got out to visit their quickee mart when the gas attendant saw me get out and couldn't believe his eyes. I think that they popped out of his head. :o:rolleyes::-::D

I now have a much better feeling about my part time work. I now know it's definetly more than 2 weeks. They've asked if I want to take a course spanning three Monday's in March since I'll likely have to do stuff for it in the future. :)

Ladies and gentlemen (and the rest of you too),
I would like to present post 6,000. This accomplishment has been the bane of several keyboards and no less than six separate but equally glorious PWP events. I would like to thank beer, and tell the academy to piss off. Good night! Kisses, Mackieman |
I was just thinking about all these lamp pictures thawe upload for CO 1E. Has anyne been to his dwelling? Does he post them up like a stocker does pictures of their prey??

The force of the SIBM is strong today my friends... Stay vigilant in wake of the

I just love the analog dash clock. |

Canuck and I had a "no wedding planning for 6 weeks" rule after the engagement. It allowed us to enjoy the moment and not feel pressured.
Now we're in the middle of .

I should clarify that I really enjoyed my wedding, far more than I thought I would. But there is a lot of  getting there, and I did it because I love my wife. I'm glad I don't have to do it again ever, but it was all worth it.
I was married once, come to think of it to her mom, but ours was a formal shotgun wedding-her dad painted the gun white. I'm kidding, about the paint at least. We got married just across the border(actually south of the border-yes those signs on I-95) so not much planning on our part, come to think of it planning or the lack there of played into the need for gun paint. I have no idea what a wedding should cost. She was ready just to fly out to LAS and do a package deal at Venetian but I'd like her grandparents to attend their only grandchild's wedding and not certain they are up to long distance travel any more(still quizzing them on that) so we are exploring options closer to home

And I think I actually do want to switch to either Dish Network or DirecTV in August because I have sorely missed NFL network living in Time Warner service areas for the last two years (in two different states).

I try very hard to not use, "ya'll" and instead go with, "you guys," or, "folks," or, "everyone." I tend to slip into the southern vernacular when I get tired or when I am around my mother. It is for this reason I am planning many rest breaks during the AUS Do. :-:

Hotwire informs me:
You saved $660.81 in 2009 with Hotwire. Interesting, I didn't use them at al after I became hotwire express member. I did not trust them as much after getting a chevy cobalt as a rental at hertz :D That thing was a barely road legal barbie car with about the same pep. |
