So, I am hosting a dinner party in a few days, and I need some help with the menu...

A couple of the people coming are "fishetarians", but my very pregnant wife is right now having a fish and seafood aversion, so we cannot serve any type of those.

I guess that leaves a vegetarian dinner, but being a proud Argentinian, I have no idea how to plan a vegetarian menu!

Also, since a couple guests are diabetic, it would be great if not everything is carbs...

Any help from the gourmands here will be appreciated!!!
