Much of the Box wouldn't know anything from when I was younger than 10.

I'm looking for one of the old ads with that jingle as well. Haven't found one yet, but plenty of references to them. It was definitely in wide use in the early/mid-1980s.

I arrived in TX in the early 90's so there were still a few variants going around.

And that clip has the different versions of the jingle that were used in different markets, or at different times based on the target demographic of the TV or radio show the ad was being run in. I remember the country and western version well, as it was what was on our region's radio stations most often.
