Thanks for the offer but Costco is going to be a sporadic activity after ordering a new bed - the nearest location is an hour from my house, so it will often be paired with trips to BNA (the airport) or work-related meetings.

Yeah, I hear ya! Better to not frequent too often -- can get to be a somewhat 'expensive' habit -- unless you have lots of self-control!;):D

Somehow, the 'hung over' part just doesn't surprise me!;):D Get some food -- quick!:p

Bugger. I'm here in SFO. I probably just missed you. Where are you headed after LAX? I'm going to DEN.

Hope the rest of your way home goes smoothly -- given all the probs at CLE & EWR!:rolleyes:

Looks like my JFK-PHX-SJO at the end of this month may be my last go at racking up BD miles. Plan to burn them all for some sort of F redemption. :-:

ETA - Can kind of understand enforcement of the highest-class-of-service rule (though no waiver for U.S. Domestic F is silly). If these rumors of no mixed-class awards are true, that's just thoroughly stupid, and renders BD miles essentially worthless, IMO.

I'll wait for confirmation of the mixed-inventory thing. It is a devaluation to be certain but I'm not sure it completely kills the program for me. Of course it helps that I rarely need a domestic positioning flight. :-:

Potentially interesting development ... I would have to enforce FT Rule 1 for call centers (hang up, call back). I could also cope with a cheap itinerary to a gateway (e.g. BNA-ORD, BNA-IAD) but a paid reservation to take an award is not my preference.

Well, had the change gone into effect before I booked my Namibia excursion, it would have put the kibosh on Walvis Bay (only Y service offered to WVB from JNB and CPT, and separately purchased tickets are $400+).

It works out better for those who fly CO domestically on an award (who can find award availability in the front cabin), because ANA tool lists CO Domestic F as C.

let me know if any good at all as a quick thing. I am about to venture out a couple days and they are right sized for travel eats on the cheap.

I'm pretty good at budget control ... Also have a plan to trade more often this year to supplement monthly budget - now I have to implement that plan.

As a sub-$2 low-calorie option with a decent amount of fiber they are great. They are big enough for a lunch but not dinner for me.
