FBLA events have been complete chaos - science fairs at least have a pre-defined method.

I wanted to order cookies from baglady, but the answer at home was a resounding NO!

Maybe I could have them sent to my hotel in FTW... ;)

I'm happy you can report the lowest price as well - I think the national average is about $4 per now.

$3.50 here. ^

Super. My computer speakers just died. I suppose they were almost nine years old but still, just one thing after another.

When I bought my current desk top computer I was all happy that I didn't need to spend money on new good speakers since I'll just use the old ones. 4 days later the speakers died.

Want me to ship you some? We've got tons of extras in the office.

Sounds like every office an half the homes in the US.

These Makers Mark Manhattans are strong.

I do indeed have multiple sets I would offer at my home but I do indeed think "craptacular" might be the most appropriate adjective.

That's very kind, but I'm looking for something on par with the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 sets. They are quite expensive, though. :( I suppose headphones will do for music playback in the mean time.

If you find yourself in LAS, go to Thomas Keller's Bouchon in the Venetian and order a Manhattan 16. ^

We have been talking about where we should go for a short vacation. LAS is always on the list... we'll keep that in mind. Thanks!!

Mine are in the "take to Goodwill" container in the walk-through, still in original boxes.

As the ribs won't be done for a few hours I need to generate some dinner.

icurhere2 Jan 23, 2010 4:50 pm

Decided on beef and broccoli - dinner will up in about 10 minutes.
