Hilarious - under "Other" -> "Government Services", there's over $30k on my year-end summary ... And this wasn't the only card I used last year.
100% (though really ~ 99.8%) of my DL AMEX spending was "Other - Government Services". 98% of my SPG spending was "Other - Government Services". 97% of my HHonors spending was "Other - Government Services". |

It took me a little while to realize just what that was... even though I did a little on my AMEX cards I still was still over 300....

If I purchased coffee out, I might put up with them solely for the AmEx promotion the next few months.

That is very  For as much as I love Dunks, I've had to chew out a few people there for English Comprehension Fail in the past.

I think partially why my restaurant spend is relatively high is because I'm a single, 24 year old male that doesn't know much about how to cook. Thus, it's easier for me to pay for food than try to cook something that might end up a disaster (which is about 25% of the things I cook).
When I was your age (all of 6 years ago), I wasn't traveling so much and I did cook a fair amount. I attribute that in part to my job - I was doing R&D work at Kraft at the time, and they provided lots of opportunities for learning cooking as "extra-curriculars" in the office. Plus, cooking for 1 isn't terribly economical, anyhow. |

Might have to make them pay for their lack of comprehension skills by dinging them for 120%. @:-)

That's a good excuse.

Thus, in the winter my "cooking" is throwing a piece of chicken on a George Foreman grill, boiling some water and making some spaghetti, and eating some kind of veggie. Anything more complex than that generally is a massive fail. |

If they happen to be right across the street from work, I can see that as a very reasonable response.

I am very much enjoying this bottle of J.J. Prum Riesling Kabinett.

So, minutes after I post here about my AMEX Year End Summary... I get the following email:
American Express (AmericanExpress) is now following your tweets on Twitter. |

They are across the street from work and they are also not terribly out of the way on this town's main drag. And as luck would have it, I'm running out of coffee in the house. A few pounds of regular Dunkin' at 20% off sounds like a plan.
