Marine Corps marathon is the best one I've done. :-: There's no half marathon as part of it, although I think there is a DC half marathon in the spring.

Half marathons are a dime a dozen. There might be one attached to the San Diego marathon. ^

Back from my run. Now to figure out what  is in store for supper.

I think I'm jinxed with some really  co-workers. Our rule book states that you must take your dinner break between your 4th and 5th hours on the clock. You don't have to take it then but the rule is there so that no one gets taken advantage of.

So I looked at the arrival times of our flights last night and there was a nice gap between two of them: 6p-7p, with the next set rolling in at around 8:30pm. I'm by myself (in bag land) until 8pm. I thought that going to dinner at around 6ish would be perfect so that I wouldn't be taking my dinner break when two flights were on the ground and leaving my co-worker by herself. Wrong

It seems that the ticket counter people took exception to the fact that I went to dinner after being at work for under 2 hours because a customer showed up to file a delayed bag claim at 6:30--off of the flight that landed at 5pm.

I ran this issue by my Red Coat, who ran it by the supervisor, and the end result is that I need to wait until my co-worker shows up before I can leave for dinner, regardless of how many flights are arriving during the time I am out to lunch. Oh...and when I need a potty break I have been instructed to call for someone to come watch the office instead of putting up a "Be back in 15 minutes" sign and locking the office up.

Let the games begin.

Yes, here is the link to the airport website. Was reading on the website and glad to hear that they have updated the TSA lines there.

On the homepage it looks like Allegiant has flown in there once. If I see they are flying in there in the future this would be a cool line to get!

NBC hasnt yet posted the story online. When they do I will link here.

What are you trying to change?

Just want to divide the reservation and add my HH number. Since the reservation was pre-paid the person on the line said It is not possible.

I believe the third (?) reincarnation of Pan Am flew in there as well...though I do remember Allegiant flying in there as well.

for the SPG lovers(and if you're) looking for a job
they announced a hiring expansion

"Hospitality provider Starwood Hotels announced Tuesday that it plans to create 12,000 new jobs worldwide in 2010, increasing its staff by more than 8%, with about half of the new positions located in the United States."

Finding a CRAZY MR opportunity out there. Using BNA and LAS. Miles are about 2 and 3 cents a mile at RDM. Of course the majority of the flights are on ERJS. Would be good for getting new lines though.

I actually prefer running to other methods of exercise (upper-body is my least-favorite). The running gets okay after about 10 minutes or so. Kind of just go into a trance.

I had started a walk/walk faster/"that's a jogging pace?" routine, but it's been awfully cold to run here

(that's my story and I'm sticking to it)

Interesting... someone just used one of my casual email addresses to try and set up a MySpace account. They had my name and everything.

I did a dummy run on a new email I just set up for it - you have to type in a CAPTCHA-like set of characters to get the "Confirm your myspace account" confirmation email sent.

Sent an email to myspace tech/security asking if they can tell me anything about who/where the signup might have happened (IP, ISP, location, anything)

"Itinerary", "CO", and "BNA" unfortunately means at least two ERJs.
