If USC is going on probation, they wouldn't assemble this set of assistant coaches. Lane is a tool, but if he brings his dad, wow.

That's one helluva staff...no surprise Monte would go out west as well though. Well...all those recruits that were waffling will be re-committing now...

This reassures me that I should pay "donation" to keep my tickets.

I wonder if Petey will improve his 33-31 NFL record.

I foresee a sub .500 record for Petey by the end of September.

There were unconfirmed reports of :rolleyes:v roaming Istanbul in the same time-frame. :-:

I ended up in the airport for several hours longer than expected as well though I never left the transit area.

He would have to lose every game in September to bring the lifetime record below .500.

I'm cheap and avoiding paying for a gym membership, so most of my upper-body is purely push-ups, unless I'm at a hotel gym. Crunches are fine, but push-ups make me . I've found that between crunches, push-ups, and running, I can keep in decent shape. I actually prefer running outside to a treadmill in a hotel, but that will probably change when Teh Pit starts to fester. Will have to just start getting up at the butt-crack of dawn to run, and still swelter in the  heat.

Have my first 5K at the end of the month, and need to find a half-marathon for sometime in April. Plan to get a marathon done by September.

I had to give up on gyms because of commuting. I have this beast instead. I didn't use it for awhile because of commuting. Hurt myself on it today too. :(

That's pretty aggressive.

The better half is using an application on her iPod to train for a 5K, it's called "Couch Potato to 5K" and uses the concepts from a program of the same name.

Bought some JCPenney furniture that was on sale (saved $1600), hope it doesn't suck. The $244 delivery fee sure did.

Night Box.

It has a very unusual flight plan tonight that seems to have added close to an hour to the flight time.

Of course there is always Crate and Barrel.

For C&B, consider driving out to 8A on the NJ Turnpike and stopping by their outlet. They have quite a bit of furniture there (the outlet is at a distribution center) at significant discounts. It's a good place to get other kitchen gadgets at decent prices too.
