The Skiff Reader is ridiculously big for travel.

NBC nightly News about to report on an empty airport that was built and never used. Interesting!

I did the Everett tour in that amount of time, including renting a car, driving, touring, etc.

Cool. I would love to do that - and Museum of Flight and/or the market also look like good options, depending on the schedule/weather/etc.

Morning, Box. Seems like ALCO, Scott6067 and myself all had a fun weekend of MRing.

My next MR is next Tuesday. Same day turn PHL-SAN on CO. Fingers crossed for EUAs, pleeeeeeeease.

Looks like all of you did quite well! :) I have a big weekend coming up, though I think I will HATE myself on Tuesday. All but the last leg are on UA and everything upgradeable has cleared thanks to a CR1 (which covered a surprisingly large bit of the routing) and some of those fast-disappearing e500's. The last leg is SEA-EWR on CO though - redeye - and it still shows as F9, but...yeah, fingers crossed all around.

Tes! I did this a few times last Spring during DEQM time, and got a few very curious looks! Same on the San Jose same day turn, too!

I did a LGA-IAH-SJC and back same day turn back in May. Same plane to and from SJC (and same seat!) but I managed to avoid any weird looks, or at least I was too oblivious to notice them! :p

I so wish I were one of those people who sincerely love running. It seems as though they actually exist. I do it - not enough - as a begrudging means to an end, but I have to admit that it brings me no joy. Sigh.

MSY has lost out to SFO. Sorry, George. We could not string together HH reward stays, and the point of the trip was to kill off as many HH points as possible...flying into SJC since it's half the price of SFO and doing three nights at Hilton Fisherman's Wharf. PHL-SJC is back to $218ai for same-day for those so inclined.

When are you two coming to SFO?

I actually prefer running to other methods of exercise (upper-body is my least-favorite). The running gets okay after about 10 minutes or so. Kind of just go into a trance.

No need to be nervous. Be confident. If you are nervous, it will show. Let the recruiters know that you have confidence in your abilities and that you are the man for their company.

I think it's the other things on my mind and not the actual job fair.

Dare I say this in the box -

Why is it that all the really cute guys drive on the other side?

Other side- I Like it, very PC.
What happens if you learn over there\here and then a job transfer makes you re-learn your driving skills?

Speaking of driving, saw this and thought of our own Brit

Upper body is the easy part. I hate a most leg work. Sled like things I like but nothing else. I'm sure my bad knees (likely from leg extensions) are part of my reason for the hatred.

I prefer leg workouts, I was always incredibly good with it as well, so that helped.

I'm cheap and avoiding paying for a gym membership, so most of my upper-body is purely push-ups, unless I'm at a hotel gym. Crunches are fine, but push-ups make me . I've found that between crunches, push-ups, and running, I can keep in decent shape. I actually prefer running outside to a treadmill in a hotel, but that will probably change when Teh Pit starts to fester. Will have to just start getting up at the butt-crack of dawn to run, and still swelter in the  heat.

Have my first 5K at the end of the month, and need to find a half-marathon for sometime in April. Plan to get a marathon done by September.

CO.com was very kind to me. I just booked a domestic award ticket (yes, I know,), but was able to nab an International First Suite on a UA 777 for SFO-ORD without paying extra miles.

Hooray being in the pointy end on a 3 cabin plane!

There's always the Honolulu Marathon.
Disney in MCO has a half-marathon and the Military or Marine one in DCA is very popular-you run by all the sights.
