:D Arrested Development did get better, and wackier, as the show progressed. I have a really dry sense of humor, so I thought it got funnier with each season and was sad to see it go.

I don't particularly like iPhoto. When I installed PS Elements, along came with it was Adobe Bridge CS3. Much more useful.

The Shield rules. West Wing was great early, dipped, and came back up. Overall a great series.

Hotel Babylon (BBC America) is great too.

BTW, good morning Box!

Sometimes that works well for a couple. We've adjusted pretty well to not seeing each other during the middle of the week. It was probably easier that we were a long-distance couple for a long time, and were used to mostly seeing each other on the weekend.

We've been getting progressively closer to each other over the years:

EDI<------------------------------------------------------------------>BNA
IAH<------------>MSY

Assuming she gets the residency she wants on match day, hopefully we'll both be in IAH after the wedding.

Wow. And I thought driving a little over an hour to just outside Philadelphia was a drag.

I think I hold the distinction of the world's furthest long-distance relationship: BNE -- LGW.

I think both of us had about the same level of commitment as the other one*. :o

*wasn't the SBH. That one was an inuit, which is a random aside. I think I dated her so I could use a certain Full Metal Jacket reference. ;)

EDI-EWR-BNA 3-day weekends (I didn't have classes on Fridays, and could get back to EDI on Monday mornings just in time to make my early class) were how I first got hooked on earning OnePass miles. I was hooked before that, but that's when I finally started earning enough miles to actually do something with them. How I miss the days of $500 TATL fares.

You mean you weren't told ahead of time? :p

... yeah.

Started off as SYR - LGW and it was easy to fly across the Atlantic for a long weekend.

She stayed in LGW and I went to BNE. And, uhm, yeah.

Then she moved to LAX and I saw her on my way back from BNE (I flew back the date of the LAX El-Al shooting, which derailed my connection). Yadda yadda yadda, clam bisque, I moved to NY and that was that.

Do I check in at the 24 hour mark if I'm trying to EUA a companion or do I wait to do it at the airport?

Does my companion check-in at 24 hours or wait?

Ugh. I hate CO and their companion policy.

You can both check in 24 hours in advance. However, IIRC, your companion can only be added to the companion upgrade list 3-hours prior to departure, and only at the airport.

That's my rough recollection of the rule. However, I haven't bothered participating in any of the "real" threads on this forum for some time, so who knows? :o

Does she get any extra credit for checking at the 24 hour mark?

Eh. What the heck. I'll just check us both in and see what happens. I'm ready for some resistance to adding her to the EUA list anyway as we're not on a true identical itinerary. She flies back early and I stay for work. But, no harm in trying, right? ;)

You can both check in whenever you want. Your companion needs to be added at the airport no more than 3 hours before the flight. Companions are ordered by the time they were added to the list (and of course by the elite's level).
