That being true aside, I fixed it myself. I moved most of my catalog to another folder, and the several thousand disconnected files apparently made Elements cranky.

I'm still here, just haven't flown in 23 days. Just sitting at home trying to get the next consulting gig lined up. I haven't gone this long without flying in... I can't remember when.

This is my world. My first time on a plane since before Ike will be next Friday on a CRJ to AMA.

I am finally home for more than 5 days! It looks like at least two weeks at home prior to another commute back to Europe.

90000 EQMs so far this year. Yikes!

I am, however, looking forward to spoiling Mrs. MBM3 in LIH and OGG next month. Thank you Delta for a great fare to LIH that does not require us getting up at the a$$ crack of dawn for a flight to IAH and a connection in HNL. $425 all in, 09:00 flight to LAX and a direct flight to LIH.

And what might one do to make this happen? I could get into having work travel. Road warrior, no...but a job that needs travel? Where do I sign?

Yeah, it is pretty cool but it is a grind as well. I am a director for a small Geneva-based consulting practice and have been spending a lot of time in BUD and GVA, with a couple side trips to LON and ZRH.

I've been catching up on websites the past two days, so I just skipped 10 box pages. :rolleyes:

Now the trick is to find a hospitality consultancy that will hire me. I've succeeded in finding consultancies, but they haven't called back. Who would pass on a young guy that can improve just about every facet of a customer interaction? I don't want that to sound like bragging, sorry. Catch is I have nothing formal to back up that statement.

Don't feel bad...a statement like that assumes that there is a running storyline here.

I didn't even bother trying to catch up on the Box that I only checked sporadically during my two-week trip to Asia.
