I have a lot of diamond members calling to reserve nights in Paris with points, then finding a bunch of cheap Hyatt Place stays to earn Next Big Thing awards.

For the NJ Hockey Do, just discovered that I could switch Hyatt Places for the same cost but 500 more points (G3 bonus instead of a G1).

Anyone know what thread is being referenced in the CO/UA upgrades thread about snatching of a boarding pass? I can't find it in the UA boards.
