I think that there is a rising opinion that CO-Star is the logical place for CO, at least initially, to define equivalence to UA's GS elite level.

SPG Gold hasn't been all that bad to me... So far, I've been "upgraded" a day in advance of check in for my last 3 stays. I was upgraded to a 1BR corner suite at the LM Sunny Isles and to a corner room at the W Minneapolis - my reservation at the Westin Minneapolis for tomorrow night has also already been upgraded to a corner room.

This little preview makes me even more excited about the Plat status to come! :)

The matched me CO Gold to BD Gold a couple months back

I'm trying to decide what to do with my phone. I currently have a T-Mobile BlackBerry Curve 8900, which I like, but the main reason I've had a BlackBerry the last four years was due to work. Since August, I've been carrying around two BlackBerry devices, since my employer changed the old mobile phone plan where they just reimbursed us, and put us on a corporate plan with a company-issued device. So, here are my options:

Keep the phone I have.
Keep T-Mobile and upgrade to the new BlackBerry Bold 9700 when it launches in the near future. That would solve the slower data speeds that I have on the current device, but not some of the general complaint I have about BlackBerry regarding web browsing, navigation with the trackball/trackpad, and availability of apps.
Ditch the T-Mobile account I've had for nearly 10 years, from back when it was Voicestream. Pay $200 or so in early termination fees. Switch to AT&T and get an iPhone, which has more of the features I want in a device. The downside would be cost, which is probably similar to option 2 (I won't qualify for a full upgrade from T-Mobile for another 18 months), going to a device with no keyboard, and giving up a few features that are better on the BlackBerry than the iPhone, such as the camera, and UMA access. I also would have a slightly more expensive monthly bill, but after the up front cost of acquisition, the monthly expenses wouldn't be significantly different.

I'm not sure what I should do.
