I was unaware that the game "play" consisted entirely of... NOTHING. When I first found the site, I was thinking: "Hey, this is kind of neat." Then, I was wondering: "Hrmmm, there's got to be more to it than this." Then, I thought: "Someone took the time to design this?!" Then: "Who are these freaks posting in the USA Forum?!"

I'm sure people have visited FT and had the same experience. I'm just glad I'm not one of those weirdos.

Not the Liberty Inn. Roach motel gone horribly wrong. BTW, was that the B1900 flight where one of the pax dropped a deuce in the airsick bag?

Oh yes it was. I just didn't feel like typing all the gory details of that awful experience into this post.

OK, my 717 has arrived. I'm off to gate D7 for the first of six flights that should have me in Houston sometime tomorrow. ˇAdiós!

HAHA.

I've had some horrific hotel stays myself. As far as the worst - I think it's a tie between the [now condemned] "Hotel Syracuse" (after it was forced to drop it's Radisson flag ), the Holiday Inn, Inner Harbor in Baltimore (which had such thick mold on the walls I thought it was shag carpeting - no joke), and the Travelodge South of the PHX airport (Ahwatookie?) which had so much blood on the floor I was, literally, worried I'd find a body.

I was worried that a hotel I stayed at in Germany was going to be a debacle when I had to get the keys from the woman attending to the adjoining gas station (I had great dreams now that I think about it). It, surprisingly wasn't too bad.

I have to say, I've never seen someone take a deuce in a barf bag. @:-)

Therefore, your sense of humor is polarizing. You're transgressive, and you've got a seriously sharp 'edge'--maybe too much for some folks. While some might question your judgment, your comic intellect is unquestionably respected.

I'm not one to forward stupid things like this, but my friend sent this to me and it's relatively accurate, and amusing. CM has discussed my "comic stylings" on here before and the internet seems to agree that I'm rather dark in my humor. :o

I didn't realize it was possible for a hotel to get kicked out of the Radisson group. They have standards?

I'm still en route to virtual tokyo. I won't "arrive" for another seven hours.

When I was trying to figure out the point of the site earlier today, I decided I wanted to continue on to BKK after I got to ZRH. It would not let me buy another ticket until I completed my trip to ZRH. Another :td: for that incredibly lame site.

Homeless were squatting in approximately half the rooms. The room I was issued had a broken window (which is not a great thing in arctic Syracuse), no towels, and an inoperable TV.

When I called down to ask about getting towels I found there was no cable connecting the receiver from the base of the phone.

I've been in heroin shooting galleries that were nicer.

It made the hostel I stayed at in Queenstown, NZ where I punched a Scottish bloke who was trying to steal my wallet at 4am seem like the Ritz.

If you could book a flight in advance, that would defeat the purpose of setting an alarm for 3am, so you can be sure to log in and book your next flight as soon as you "land." Frighteningly enough, I think that's what the people on the "Monthly Leader Board" must be doing, because I can't reckon any other way to rack up that many points.

I suggest we submit it to Worst of the Web.

Submitted, with the following commentary:

This "game" is the most pointless waste of electrons yet conceived. Just try to "play" it and you will see. Unless there's some deeper Zen state or gestalt that my inchoate mind is incapable of grappling with, this abortion of an internet site would be capable of fatally boring a not-too-bright garden hoe.
