I found myself reading the tax code the other week (trying to decipher pending legislation) and it literally gave me an ice cream headache. If the SATs were like the tax code I'd be chasing CO 1E down the streets of ATL snatching his coworker's fries. It's insane.

"Calculating the amortized rate of the compounded monthly interest on days that end in Y during the waning phase of the moon, as part of the principle amount deferred .17 to the 19th digit of Pi."

In the presentation I gave I said the effect on my company would be 42. No joke.

Nice to see you moonlighting in the box J.Edward.

I present to the Box an event seven and a half years in the making...Post #10,000.

And surprisingly few of them are from in here. :D

I had a coworker chased down the street in the midtown area of ATL by a bum. She was in heels and rolled her ankle in a crack and broke a toe. The shriek got rid of the guy, but she was in quite a bit of pain the next couple days.

As for cash bars, I had a friend where the father of the groom showed up at the wedding unaware that it was a cash bar. When informed of such his response was "Not any more," and he presented a credit card to the bartender. Certainly the classy way to resolve the situation.

Time to go babysit my nephew now. Apparently he's now able to eat his pizza from a regular place on the street instead of pizza bites from the freezer. I'm looking forward to that.

6'3" 200 lbs.

My head, however, is the size of Jupiter. Small objects (lego's, hamsters, oompa loompas) have been known to orbit me. I look like a Gary Larson cartoon.

Congratulations! Too bad your mod title overrides the Flyertalk Evangelist title.

Thats OK, the other day one of my friends said "you know you look a lot like the character on American Dad" My upper body is rather broad compared to the lower half.

At 6'8" and 425, I look a lot like Sasquatch. With a slightly better hair cut.

I also avoid CO Y like the plague, as well as any Y under 34". I actually fit in the seat width-wise with the arm rest down (though there is a hell of a lot of me there to be sure) but I just cannot physically get my legs into anything smaller than 34". Which is why I am usually in paid F and don't get to fly very much because of it. :(

Has anyone ever seen someone watching adult themed movies on a flight?

I was behind and across the aisle from a guy watching a movie with full frontal male and female nudity on the way back from PHL. There were a bunch of kids on the flight and I didn't know if I should say anything.

The guy gave me the impression that he knew he shouldn't be watching them as every time he saw a FA coming his way, he paused the movie or closed the DVD player.

Whoa.

You're now on the list of people I will never pick a fight with. Right in between Chuck Norris and Magnús Ver Magnússon.

I remember when I was a kid flying IAH-HNL there was a guy on the other side of my dad reading a Playboy. I didnt know what it was at the time but I remember seeing on of the pictures when he flipped past it. I remember him flipping past the pictures really fast but he read all the articles and even laughed out loud when reading some of the pages.
