One thing about providing excellent service is to do it in a way that isn't obnoxious. I don't need room service calling 3 times in 30 minutes to inquire about the meal they delivered to me, especially when the phones in this room apparently have no volume control on the ringer, and they start loud and get progressively louder with each ring.
