Hello sbm12,to clarify, our reward coupons apply based on the Elite status of the account from which the coupons were redeemed from. So, if a coupon was redeemed from a Platinum member's account (regardless of whether the member is at Dunkin) the Platinum-level coupon will apply. Really... it's a good thing.
