All the ranting you hear from die hard UA flyers about how great some UA crews are has to be bogus. 5 UA flights so far this weekend and they have all been rather surly with all passengers. My personal favorite was the FA that yelled at a passenger over the PA - classy! |

After this I have one more trip purchased that involves DL/CO/NW on the same itinerary — our trip to Bussels and Amsterdam in November. I'm already dreading the mess that one will probably be too. DL may be the biggest airline where I live, but they are giving me zero reasons at all to fly them once CO is no longer their partner. |
