Northwelta have gone and lost my bag, with all of my legal textbooks inside. On a positive note, the W FLL is incredible.

Too bad I'm not at work otherwise I could run a trace on your bag. I just spent 3 days learning how to do this stuff.

I'm going to be in ACY the week before Christmas. From Central Tennessee, the "pay no tolls" option is 25 miles and an estimated 43 minutes further. Sounds like a "DUH" decision to me ...
|
Then 18 minutes more to pay a single toll (rather than a  number of tolls) between ACY and DCA (mom's home for staging).

No tolls at all between DCA and Central Tennessee.

you can trace a DL bag too?
Bags are located by many different methods. Bag tag numbers, bag type, last name and/or contents for tag offs. Once you locate the bag, you ask for it to be sent to you. All information regarding an open claim is available for any agent to look at. I can look at any airline's on hand bags (bags that were not claimed). |

Yep. The major airlines all use World Tracer for their baggage locating system.

Some interesting things I learned in class:
Elites can open a delayed bag report with the Elite line. In fact they are asked to do that instead of seeing the agent at the airport. Anyone can open a claim using the kiosk at the airport. I have no clue how you go about doing that but the instructor said that can be used for this purpose. Co.com can also be used to looked for information regarding your delayed bag. Of course you can also see the agent at the airport should you feel the need to vent in person. :D |
