Yes that is terminal A. in fact right next to the NW/DL gates.

I was flying from the gate adjacent to the PClub but sat directly across from the entrance. ;)

I did not know you then, had i known you, i likley could have let you in, unless it was just before the DO started, as at that point I was already over at E :)

i spent several hours at A.

ETA - DTW is a shell of its former self. Tons of empty gates.

I'm headed through DTW on Tuesday....I don't know which airline my plane will be painted for but the way I see it, a flight from an outstation to DTW, MEM, or MSP is still a NW flight (especially since I already got upgraded on it).

I don't see myself ever flying Northwelta after 10/24.

I appreciate you likely would have let me in - nothing definitive ...:p And this was leaving CO Do IV - arrival was straight from work to flights to reception still toting luggage.

I overheard someone talking about the DL SkyClub and sure enough it was just a few gates down from the PClub. I had no idea it was here... :-:

How is the WiFi in hand? ;) Where's the dried fruit? Is the seafood fennel salad out yet?

You mean tuna in a can on iceburg lettuce? It is being rolled out next week.

:p

The dried fruit is in a cup next to the Biscoff cookies, of course. Is the seafood fennel salad standard at all SkyClubs? I've never seen it...

Might be late afternoon only - looking back, I've only had it after 5 p.m. Have had it at multiple airports (but all hubs).

The cheese and crackers (as well as :td: cookies) should most likely be out now, though.

Greetings from East Holland, PA.

I learned two new factoids today: I never knew what broasting was, nor did I know that cattle will lay down if rain is imminent.

No idea what broasting is.

I grew up knowing that if the cows were lying down, it was going to rain. I thought it was an old wives tale!!!

Good old jrzyshawn tipped me off to the fact that on ANA you can redeem an award for Virgin UC for only 63,000 miles. Excellent.

So, I set up an ANA account for Mr.Brit, and intend to transfer some miles from Amex to book an UC ticket for later in the year.

Can I figure out now to book it online. NO! I spent about an hour trying to work it out earlier.

Do I have to call the rewards desk to do it? Or can I really book New York to London online, and if so, how the heck do I do it .... :D

Broasting is a combination of deep frying and pressure cooking.

actually likely could, was because I had 2 other guests at times, and they were getting suspect :D

They were not boxers, so you would have been priority over them.
