I agree that EUAs are serious business and should always be processed properly but I see no reason to start a new thread every time someone sees an issue with it. The end result of every one of those threads is the same - report it to CO and let them handle it internally. Getting FTers all worked up doesn't solve anything.

That's fair -- but EUAs are "the cornerstone" of the elite program according to Kellner (DO 4) so when the process fails, I think it does deserve being spotlighted.

Yeah, that might not be such a bad thing.

My take on the situation is that CO is currently (and rightly) focused on getting the *A integration finalized but hopefully when that dies down, they can focus on why the seats are going out empty.

Sheesh. Even CO is better at getting to customers during winter snowstorms and EWR/IAH meltdowns!

I was visiting a.nut and saw some pictures of the bmi No. 1 lounge in LHR, :eek: it looks like they took a W and turned it into a lounge! ^

I see FT has gone for different types of ads laterly. Did you know you can get a ripped body in 4 weeks?

I can find some dogs and other creatures and get someone a ripped body in a matter of minutes if they really want it...
