Nothing to complain about there.

You're talking to someone who worked between Christmas and New Years because the office was empty and I was on vacation from all of the normal  and traffic was real light too.

I also used to work the holiday week because no one else came into the office.

I used to do the same when someone had to be available for systems support. I'd work the week and then take the first week of Jan off. I miss those days.

Same here, I loved it. And there was no traffic which is a really big deal in San Diego. Then they started closing the office completely between Christmas and New Years and forcing everyone to take vacation. I got out of it one year because of a critical project and worked from home but the next year it really was forced vacation.

I've been feeling really good about dealing with people lately, and then someone had to be a schmuck.

Don't let others deter you from being awesome. :)

Just get a beverage, put on some music, and rock out for a bit.

Never! I'm talking about the ORD-originating MegaDo people. I just got lectured about info that I was supposedly supposed to retain from 400 posts ago in that thread. Yeah, because I have nothing else on my mind.

Was just talking with my Sis that the Hyatt we stayed at in AKL was a really good deal. 155NZD each night and I got an upgraded room, bottle of wine and fruit on arrival, free daily internet and continental breakfast (their lounge is currently undergoing renovation).

The lounge needed that for sure and I was there well over a year ago

Today was a good mail day - a single request for my money (from a charity) and two rebates.

For some reason, I find myself online looking at potential homes closer to work.
