How much earlier? Tuesday is going to be a VERY LOOOOOONNNNNNG day. If it means being reasonably well rested in advance of that I'd go with the non-stop.

I plan to try to duck out of work early and catch the 5:30p flight to ORD if at all humanly possible.

There are times you just have to be someplace by a certain time. Take the direct flight. You won't have to worry about a missed connection either and you can start the Mega DO a bit more relaxed.

Morning, Box.

I have no plans for anything crazy tonight - go to the pizza party, and then back to the hotel. If anyone is going to be at ORD around the time I am, please advise. I land at 6:14 and am taking the first available Westin shuttle. IIRC, all of the Boxers attending ORD have my cell number.

USS New York just sailed up the Hudson. I have my whole camera kit with me this morning, including my 500mm lens.

I found out that it was passing us about 2 minutes after it disappeared from view. :(

This past weekend I flew on a "Star Team Alliance" , a "Star Alliance Team", a "Sky Team", and a "Sky Team sorry Star Alliance" flight.

Was pretty funny, not one flight attendant announcement out of four got it right.
