Huh. This week UA beefed up service to ELP, and added MAF as a new destination. Wonder if LBB or AMA is far behind? I can't help but wonder how much of this has to do with the approach of the CO partnership.

I think you will see a lot of tweaking in the next round of schedules and hopefully they will be positive changes for all of us.

CLE has had this for years and it's terrific convenience is horribly underused as the airport historically has done very little to promote it. Note the complete lack of informative signage that continues today...

I'll be boarding a flight DTW-MIA soon, on an A320 in DL colors. I guess it gets scored in teh FlightMemory as a DL flight. This just feels so weird.

ETA - DTW is a shell of its former self. Tons of empty gates.

Just use the analogy of a government controlling the money and using the printing presses to devalue its way out of debt. When you control the currency, you can play a lot of games with it.

That works fine and dandy, as long as you assume that DL will keep at it with all the mileage earning promos. I suspect that once they think they have "locked-in" a fair number of former NW flyers, they will start turning the screws. I've seen too many customer-unfriendly moves by DL management over the past several years to think they wouldn't do something like that.

I am looking for some flights in November and I must admit it is a challenge to change my search patterns to include *A! I really need EQMs so I will most likely stay with CO, but it is nice to have the UA option with E+.
