I should have booked yesterday when the availability was there. Then again, knowing AC, Taxes/Fees/Surcharges on the ticket would likely have been $300+. I'm pretty pleased with LAX-ICN-SYD for ~$30.

I flew OZ the reverse of that. Just not impressed. When are you going? Could you not find NZ availability from LAX, SFO or YVR?

My sister flew it in Y and liked it, she said it was way better than UA on her last trip over...something about actually being able to eat the noodles and shrimp compared to UAs pig slop dish.

I picked up three large fresh boxes of Tim Tams in Gatlinburg, TN of all places a few weeks back. Were for sale in the Pepperidge Farm Outlet (Campbell's Soup is the parent company of both).

Plenty of time to head into town then grab a ride on the bullet train. And the train is pretty cheap.
