But that is a transparent and codified charge that has been imposed by the elected leaders who carry out the business of the citizens and who are periodically endorsed by the electorate.

It differs quite radically from some of the payments required in order to do business in some places which are totally opaque and generally in addition to government taxes which are similar to the Business Privilege Tax mentioned above.

I think better with a high-end Sauternes but if Woodford is what you got, Woodford will certainly do.

My rationale is that even if I don't eat the whole thing -- I've gotten my money's worth as opposed to ordering same at a restaurant -- I know you can relate, icurhere2!

I gave up on BJ's a long time ago, they just didn't give me something the other two did.

I generally like the produce at Sam's as it's in smaller quantities, and as one person, I only need a finite amount. :D
