When throwing away the return on a RT fare (plans changed), is there anything that should be done or is it best just to not check in and not show up for the return flight? If other family members (different reservations) are still going on the return, could that potentially cause any problems? Half of the RT is less than the change fee, so there isn't any point in trying to reclaim the cost.

We're staying until Sunday, leaving SAN at 6:45am. I then fly back to SFO on Tuesday for work!

Just some FYI, the early morning flights out of SAN are usually packed to the gills. The 1PM flights are far better opportunities for upgrades. :-:

As long as your new flights don't occur at the same time, I'd say you're fine.

The new flights would be a few days later out of a different city.

I wouldnt worry too much about it. Make sure they are not on the same PNR and dont make a habit of throwaways.

My nomral Wobbly Ponkers computer is going crazy today. I am copying CDs to my desktop at work and everytime I put a new CD in and have the computer auto-copy the CD it refreshes all my website pages. Very odd! I think this computer needs to be trashed or seriously updated too. I mean it still has a 3.25 drive in it.

If you have High Title in the start up, why not try getting a "corporate officer" comp? I talked to guy recently who is the "CEO" (also everything else from Chief Technologist to janitor just about) of a med tech start up in PHX who got such comp from US.

I don't know how he did it, but that's what some of those GS/CO* deals are about, I believe, only with slightly larger companies.

I am President of the company and soon Senior Partner of a new venture, but I just do not feel right going through this route. I may just work hard at some meetings in the Bay Area.

We are talking about the First Class Lounge, all 3 of us could get into SEN lounge by a number of methods.

I saw the building, that whole complex looked insane. It did not look like it would be ready soon though. I wonder if MO will open before the rest of the complex.

I am flying in on UA, so it also is possible that I would arrive in C.

I have to change my April reward res to China. I'm will not need to fly into CAN anymore and that will save me $130 on a visa. I am going to change to HKG and arrive a day before the s/o travels back from CAN to HKG. Right now, I have JFK-ICN-CAN on OZ and I see availability for ICN-HKG on OZ so that's not a problem, But the anticipated hour and a half on the phone with CO is.

Today's UA flights arrived at A and V. V is an outside position in FRA so the wheels on the bus go round and round.

Shaker Heights. But we're in zip 44122 (the eastern edge), so automated address finder things always list it as "Beachwood"...
