I saw the building, that whole complex looked insane. It did not look like it would be ready soon though. I wonder if MO will open before the rest of the complex.

Grand opening is slated for 5 December.

In what class ? also keep in mind that UA 777s have the old business class, not the newer front/rear facing seats.

Business of course, does the Box cross an ocean any other way?

The UA flight would be ORD-HKG 747-400

ORD-HKG is on the 744.

FT Lurker Sr does that route once or twice a month and prefers UA to AC

It is not like VS, it is slightly narrower, and the service was not what I expected from the North American Airline of the Year, or whatever the won.
I think they have fixed avod, but that was an issue on both flights
EZE-YYZ and YUL-CDG.

There is no bar on the plane and definitely no haircuts :D

Are the AC seats the same as the DL 77L seats? If so, I preferred the DL seat to the VS seat.

As to the question, I would take NH JFK-NRT-HKG.

Just wanted to drop a note that I was extremely pleased with NZ during my recent trip. I used NZ for MEL-AKL (744), AKL-CHC (733) and ZQN-SYD (A320). Had access to their Premium Economy section and boy was I impressed. It's double UA E+. The leg room is extraordinary ^. AVOD on all flights and NZ lounge access with absolutely no hassles.

I have not done OZ, but having done NH, I will say it was way better than AC even if AC has a flat bed. When are you going ?
NH is introducing their new business class on the NRT-JFK route

After reading favorable impressions of AC, I hope they're around long enough in their current form for me to at some point log a few flights on. The no OP miles for intra-Canada really sucks, but YYZ is a nice jumpoff point for selected TATL flights, as is YVR for TPAC. Cool FM lines too.

It's ok. Y seats more comfortable than CO but they recline more so you get the seat back in you lap and get to stare at the top of the persons head in front of you. You also get a bit of the French-Canadian attitude from the FA's though. Intra-Canada flights tend to be pricey.

AC already pissed me off. I called them for a seat assignment and they want $25 for a seat in row 1 or 8 on the CRJ. They do not care that I am booked into business on YYZ-HKG. :td:

You don't like advance seat selection fee? (I'm surprised more airlines haven't incorportated that :mad:)

3 phone calls to Air  and each moron refuses to get a supv on the phone.

I think they are very similar, I don't know if it is the exact same seat.
