Were you able to say good bye to the burro in ABQ, or will you still be going there? :-:

I too can donate a NJ address if needed.

Sureeeeee... where were you when SEA-NRT happened?!?! :)

I would like to jump on the NW DTW-KIX flight before it goes away as I suspect it may not be long for this world.

I think I may try out NH's Y+ sometime next year, if they put it on sale again. Hopefully it would be good for 150% EQM earnings on CO.

I don't think you'd ever catch me flying AA.

they were my exact words 7 years ago, after completely losing my luggage(stolen). So far I've lived up to my end of the bargain ^

Just got email from Avis, all their cars will now be sm:rolleyes:ke-free. We'll see how that goes. Their cars always smell like smoke or a gallon of Febreze was used in it.

Nearly every car I've had from Avis this year had that odor, or smelled like an old lady had been living in it, in the case of the ancient high mileage Grand Prix ALCO and I rented at CRP in July. National has had the smoke free thing for years now and I've only once had a car that smelled like it had been smoked in from them. I get it all the time with Avis.

I hope this works for them and that they really invest some effort in removing the odors of both smoke and air freshener from the existing cars.

Unlike on CO, refundable fares on AA and UA often do not receive 150% EQP/EQM. I have flown many a refundable L fare on AA...

Anyone try this code recently with National rent a car?

A car in FL will cost me about $80.

I did KIX-DTW last year and was glad to get the line.

+1. Though I do hope NW/DL and UA match.

If UA did match, I'd end up with Premier Executive, not just Premier this year. Of course I don't know of what value that will be, considering we really have no clue regarding reciprocal UA/CO elite benefits yet.

Not yet, but I've considered it, primarily at busy airports with Aisle service. I've found the odds of getting questioned are far, far greater when you have to go to a counter to get the car than they are when you're already in the car at an exit gate and there's a line of cars waiting behind you to leave.

Sounds like another code ripe for a shutdown, just like the TQ3 code last year that everyone on the National forum kept posting about, then got upset about when National changed the code.

I'm going to take a chance on it. We have a back-up res on hold in the s/o's name just in case.
