I was thinking of somewhere in the Dayton area. There's a great Indian Dosa place there (actually, there are a couple of them). Might I also suggest somewhere equally inconvenient to AC but unique and quite excellent, Federicis in Freehold? Another good suggestion would be The Cabin, just outside of Freehold.

I was thinking of a replacement rib place in general. There's a Famous Dave's near me and one near my fiancee, and the one near me is much better.

Freehold is a good central point for me -- I live off of 58 on the Parkway.

Just clicked on Federici's menu...thin crust, you say? Vitale's in Old Bridge. Been a long time since I ate it, but it was mind-altering about five years ago.

I'll bring my cupcake carrier. :-:

Aloha box. I had my last 7am conference call from the old job this morning (even though I'm now technically doing the new job) and rewarded myself with some Dunkin' and even picked-up the biscuit sandwich. I have to say, it was pretty good.

Despite making my car smell like the F section of CO (when they burn the biscuits / cinnamon rolls) I'll give it a :-: for the taste and texture. They toast it, which is not generally how a true Southerner eats their biscuit, but I'll grant them a pass.

The silo of coffee was not to my spec though, which disappointed me. Not my usual Dunkin' (went to one near the office). I was just another  in the crowd to them.

I was just about to post about how much I have quasi-enjoyed that thread.

I'm glad everyone is getting great amusement out of that thread. I'll give the other poster the persistence award, if nothing else. I'm keeping it alive because I'd like CO Insider to post.

I do appreciate colpuck's slam dunk post from last night. I owe him a Dunkin' for the dunk. :-::-::-:

Tell me guys, within the sanctity of the Box -- am I being unreasonable?

The absolutely best cupcakes in NYC are at The Cupcake Café.

It's really quite the sin that FT does not have a dead horse emoticon. It would come in very handy for that guy who does not comprehend the Lynchian writings.

No, not at all.

I've thoroughly enjoyed watching the other guy pass up on numerous chances to eject from his crippled fighter. His arguments are a smoking hole in the ground about six times over now.

I doubt you'll get a response.

Yes and no. The post that colpuck linked to said that a fix was in development, but said post is five months old and CO has had a lot on their plate in the IT shop. I don't know that an answer that Scott would give you could be more informative than that. Are you due more recompense than 2,000 miles? Absolutely. I think you're due the difference of cost in miles plus a commission on top of that for your aggravation. Do I think you'll get it? Put it this way: I'd give you better odds than some of the other regulars, but it's not a lock.

I don't know if anyone read my post at the start of that thread, the same thing that happened to belynch happens to me just about every time I go to EZE on CO.
