I just happen to be passing by a Chase bank that I have never been to today and I just happen to have some coins that needed to be deposited into my account. There was much  but I did not let that stop me. :-:

Ive got 5k that needs to go to the bank tomorrow. Im thinking I will have to use a suit case to get them there. Good thing the Chase is only a block away.

NWA just gave me 5000 miles for no reason. Not going to return them but just curious why.

right now I have about 3400 miles with DL. I am still waiting for SPG and DL to correct their IT problem and then I should have about 8400 worthless DL miles that I really cant do anything with. :-:

I have about 50k NW miles right now, with another 20k-30k planned this year. Not sure how useful they'll be, though.

I'm sure DL will be happy to give you a "free ticket" in Y DCA-ATL for only 150,000 SkyMiles.

I might order more coins next week. I am not getting nearly the oodles of points that some of y'all are because I don't have the limits that some of you guys do, but every little bit helps.

More is more. ^

The coins are impractical for me, due to lack of a car. However, I have compensated with excessive BD-whoring.

That few? I thought 150k was the new intra-Asia saver Y reward. :-:

Yes, but his wife just found out she has a shellfish allergy  His discount is really being underused now!

Teh plan for 2011 is that 150,000 StyMiles will convert to a certificate good for one signature cocktail. All other awards will be priced accordingly along a sliding-scale.

I don't know whether or not to laugh at that. I get that there are people who would do something like that, but a free seven-hour trip is not preferable to a $13 one hour trip. That is, on some level, sad.

My TriRail trains have almost always been on time, and Grandma's house is less than a mile from the Deerfield Beach station. I'm using it to get to the house from FLL and to PBI from the house come Christmas.

I had to go pull your original reaction. :D There's also this one that I don't recall seeing posted...

The Center for Disease Control has released a list of symptoms of bird flu.

If you experience any of the following, please seek medical treatment
immediately:

1. High fever
2. Congestion
3. Nausea
4. Fatigue
5. Aching in the joints
6. An irresistible urge to $hit on someone's windshield.

Coins are impractical for me due to delivery complexities. The coin phenomenon is best suited for the work-at-home crowd.
