All this talk on crab cakes....

I did a business trip to Easton MD last year, and just so happened to time it right in the middle of crab season. My quest was to find the best crab cakes in the area, so 5 nights of crab cakes for dinner. Rough task, I tell ya. ;)

Best ones I found?

Bay Hundred
Tilghman Island
Go west out of Easton on MD 33, it's at the end of the road.

Good morning/night box.

What's a basement?

My understanding is it is a below ground floor, common in houses where the water table is lower than 4ft.

We have neighbors that are our "extended" family. Much more enjoyable then some of our actual family (no names, but Plus1 and I both have some family we'd like to ban)

noun - thing I can have because I live on a hill above the bluff; contour of land means that the rest of the property drains away from the house.

I may need to do the same. My current storage location is overflowing...

We'll consider it an early Anniversary gift ;) I'm not sure which of us is more happy. I just know I can't take a weekend like the past one

I got one for my last b day from my parents (I don't think my dad knows what it was and I'm sure my mom told him the margarita glasses were dessert glasses); the previous from Plus1 for something - probably easier than sending flowers and lasts longer.

Gotta love the family dynamics.

I have a branch of my family like that, and if you get my fiancee in a comfortable enough situation, she would probably say that most of her extended family on both sides is like that. Her mother is one of three, and the leading theory as to why the three of them still talk is that their deceased mother would look down unfavorably. Guilt is always a nice sturdy base for dealing with people.

If I had the choice between receiving a wine fridge or flowers, I know what I would prefer :p

I wouldn't hold my breath. The summer schedule ends on 10/25 and likely the planes will get the new seats as they go in for their heavy C-checks which take a few weeks.

Remember teh Box motto "more is more"

A few cases a month for the past few months...

I defined it as "too much" mostly because my current storage facility is overflowing. But, you're right, more is more so I should buy a few more cases. :)

Nice! ^ A wine fridge is on the list of items to purchase with wedding cash.

I think that's the right attitude to have.
