I think they have a property or two in PHX that is either in or close to foreclosure. And it isn't SPG; it's the folks who franchised the W name and paid insane amounts of money for properties that have lost a lot of their value in the last two years. The last story I saw about it before I left San Diego said that SPG was leaving their name on it until they could figure out what to do; I'm kinda wondering how many it will take before SPG starts yanking the franchises to keep their brand from looking bad.
