The combination of the seat design and pitch works well too, and even my long legs fit pretty comfortably in the 31" pitch that DL says it has on their E70s. It's certainly a better design than what Bombardier did with the big CRJs; at least the Brazilians had the sense to realize they needed a bigger fuselage for a bigger jet, not just a longer one. I really wish CO had those planes. They need them, and there are a lot of routes where they could use the extra seats, and throw us elites a bone with a small F cabin to upgrade into.

All this talk about riding in ERJs... does riding in a ERJ 170/175 count? I did it on a weekly/bi-weekly basis PHL-IAH on US. They were in great shape and clean. There wasn't even "artwork" on the back of seats. Surprising amount of leg room to boot. I don't think those qualify as true RJs.

I try to leave 2 hours to change planes in CDG -- for this one, you'll be at the mercy of the passport and security lines in 2E, since you won't have to walk more than 10 mins to get from 2F1 to 2E. I have made connections at CDG in 45 minutes, but I was in C and thus was able to use "Accès no 1" (French for "elite security").
