Yes, it's true, July is peak season. But:
A) who pays rack?
B) in a down economy would they rather have 100 room nights on the books for the following year then give a competitive group discount?
C) would 100 transient rooms really be providing the ancillary revenue my group will?

This woman has failed business. :rolleyes:

A) Almost nobody.
B) Seeing as how the cost to provide the room (Housekeeping, facilities, etc.) is probably in the teens of dollars per night, I don't see how they would turn down any block of room nights.
C) If you're referring to the food and liquor bill, then no.
